It is the essential oil obtained by water vapor distillation by collecting the rosemary plant, whose homeland is the Mediterranean region of our country, from the mountains of the Mediterranean region by local villagers.
It is drunk by adding 3 drops (0.2 ml) to 1 cup of water (30 ml).
It should not be used without dilution.
