MECİTEFENDİ production line is formed by two different main unit. In first of them, Herbal Cosmetic Products are manufactured and in other unit, Herbal Oils, waters, teas and pastes are manufactured.

If to mention about first main production line; all design was realized as suitable to ISO9001 and GMP.Cosmetic production units are 5 parts: Raw material storage area, production area, packaging area, soap production are and production with alcohol area. All of those areas has epoxy coating and chrome equipments. So, in production area, no possibility is for microbiological propagation. Our personel are experienced about their job and all of them take educations about hygene and process periodically. In short, MECİTEFENDİ HERBAL COSMETIC PRODUCTS has minimized possibility of mistake or poor quality by use regulatory and preventive activities.
If to mention about second main production line; all design was realized as suitable to ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. Production units are 4 parts; Herbal Paste and Tea production area, herbal oil and water production area, resting area and packaging area. All of areas are covered by epoxy and all of equipments are chrome. This unit has minimized possibility of mistake or poor quality by use regulatory and preventive activities, too.

To summarize principle of MECİTEFENDİ, all of process, from buying of raw material until exit of pruduct, is planned, programmed and controlled.
